The massive Treaty Oak tree that’s located in Treaty Park is considered to be one of the oldest living things in all of Duval County. It’s estimated to be over 400 years old. The trunk is over 25 feet in circumference, is 70 feet tall and shades an area of roughly 190 feet in diameter. The park makes for an excellent place for both Downtown visitors and residents alike to take a break from their day and enjoy the Treaty Oak’s natural beauty. Treaty Park is located at 1123 Prudential Dr.
