Circuit Court Judge Virginia Norton, middle, married Delores Cox to Norton’s friend Timothy Brundge in her chambers at the Duval County Courthouse Friday. Norton and Brundge met at City Hall when Norton worked at the General Counsel’s Office while Brundge is a security guard. Brundge also tirelessly contributed to Norton’s campaign for Circuit Court.
