City Council President Richard Clark (right) joined Mayor John Peyton (second from left) and Touchdown Jacksonville committee members Carl Cannon (left) and Tony Boselli at City Hall Friday to continue support of ticket sales for the home season-finale against the Colts Dec. 17. Peyton read a proclamation announcing the day as “Revive the Pride Day,” while also giving details on an “Ultimate Tealgate Party” beginning at 4 p.m. near the Stadium as well as Adams Street. “It’s going to be a lot of fun for everyone to enjoy,” said Peyton, who also encouraged local businesses to let their employees out early that day to attend. Peyton, Clark, Cannon and Boselli all spoke on the economic benefits of the team and its importance. “I know it’s there,” said Boselli, of fan passion for the team. “Let’s show the nation again ... we are an NFL city.”
