Landing holiday tradition crosses generations

The Fletcher High School Dance Ensemble performed for the lunch crowd at the Landing Wednesday. They were part of a schedule of more than 100 choruses, choirs, dancers and instrumentalists who went on stage in front of the Christmas Tree in the courtyard this season. Landing Public Relations Director Rachel Nudge said the tradition began when the Landing opened more than 20 years ago and added, “We have parents who sang or danced here when they were kids watching their children perform this year.”
