Bill Sulzbacher, a member of the Rotary Club of Jacksonville and club President Steve Bacalis were two of about a dozen Downtown Rotarians who volunteered to ring the bell for the Salvation Army Red Kettle Campaign last week. The club was one of 40 civic groups that were joined by 65 churches and five schools that, combined, donated more than 7,500 volunteer hours for the annual fundraiser.
