Attorney Howard Coker explains how difficult it was to get the word “Oreo” stamped on the cookies he “baked” for the firm’s annual cookie exchange. The office lamented the closing of Worman’s bakery, but were consoled by the delicious baked goods submitted by Jake “The Bake” Schickel. Simplicity was the key for Schickel’s newest creation. Place a Rolo chocolate candy on top of a mini pretzel on a cookie sheet and let it sit in the oven for about two minutes or until the chocolate glistens. Take the sheet out of the oven and press your favorite nuts into the chocolate and let cool.
