Dennis Ginder, president of the Northeast Division of Mattamy Homes, was installed as the 2009 chairman of the St. Johns Builders Council last month at Marsh Creek Country Club.
Also installed were Bill Lazar, St. Johns Housing Partnership, first vice chairman; Andy Chance, Chance Custom Homes, second vice chairman; and Holly Yelton, Colonial Bank, Associate vice chair.
Tom Coates, Don Hoover, Robert Marshall, Immediate Past Chair Ed Paucek, John Ruggeri, Bobby Sturgeon and Freddy Touzet, were installed as Builders At Large.
The Associates at Large include Antoinette Bonefede, Linda Keith, Bruce Peters, Ed Prange and Greg Shuler. The board members unable to attend were Barbara Goll and Greg Russell.
