Glenn Layton of Woodside Homes and Cal Williams of Beazer will occupy the top places this year in the Northeast Florida Builders Association.
NEFBA and its Sales and Marketing Council held their installation at the University Center at University of North Florida with Layton to lead the association and Williams to chair SMC.
The NEFBA executive committee includes Andy Chambers of Engle Homes as first vice president, Tim Adkinson of King Engineering Associates as second vice president, Ken Kuester of Lumber Unlimited as third vice president, Keith Ward of Thomas May Construction as training vice president and Michael Bourré of Bourré Construction Group as treasurer/secretary.
In addition to Williams, the SMC officers will be Mark Carlson of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, vice chairman; Amber Williams of Standard Pacific homes, second vice chairman; Franchesca Swierz, Homes and Land Magazine, secretary/treasurer; and Alayna Oram, Burdette Ketchum, immediate past chairman.
