Several thousand people battled the heat and humidity to participate in what’s become a monthly Downtown fixture Wednesday, when they took to the streets for the July Art Walk. The event, held the first Wednesday of every month, had several key attractions including a car show in Hemming Plaza, chrome bike show at the Landing and a dueling piano session in the Snyder Memorial building in addition to the couple dozen spots where patrons could listen to live music or view and purchase art.
The next monthly Art Walk is Aug. 5. For more information on the event, go to www.downtownjacksonville.org.
