Past president and current member of the board of directors of Angelwood, Inc. Angelwood provides residential care in group homes for children and adults with developmental disabilities. Respite care and a summer camp are some of the expanded programs that are available.
How did you get involved?
I was invited to a dinner by my good friend Bob Willis when in actuality it was a trick to introduce me to Angelwood. Ten years later he and I are still on the Board.

What have you learned/achieved through the experience?
I have learned that there are many children and adults that are so grateful just to have a room and bed to call their own. I am grateful to have had an opportunity to help them achieve their dream. The looks on their faces will keep you coming back time and again.
What was the last book you read or are reading?
“Cross Country” James Patterson and “The Yankee Years” by Joe Torre.
