Chicago Pizza restaurants have their own way of doing things and that’s just how they are approaching the move into the former Ruby Tuesday’s restaurant at The Landing. Where previous tenants covered existing fixtures and flooring, Chicago Pizza is knocking down walls and making the 5,500 square-foot space their own. Greg Heer (pictured) of B&G Custom Wood and Stone Works, Inc. removed some drywall at the location Tuesday. The goal is to have the restaurant ready to greet football fans for the start of the NFL season Sept. 13.
