A full schedule of events is on tap for the Florida Association of Realtors’ annual convention and trade show. It’s August 19-23 at the Rosen Shingle Creek hotel on Orlando’s International Drive.
Dan Thurman, a national motivational speaker, will speak at the keynote luncheon. Other speakers include Becky Hill, national president of the Women’s Council of Realtors.
Almost every organization associated with the state’s real estate industry will have meetings during the five days. There also will be several sessions devoted to legislative activity.
There are several social events including a trip to a local dinner attraction on Thursday evening and the annual RPAC Jamboree on Saturday evening.
The numerous educational sessions will be repeated several times.
Session topics include health insurance for Realtors, website promotions, technical tools, international real estate, broker price options, resort properties, open listings, safety and affordable housing.
All educational sessions carry CE credits.
