Natalia Romanillos Alvarez of Stanton Prep has been awarded a $1,000 scholarship from the Florida Association of Realtors and now will compete for one of three $5,000 scholarships.
There was one winner for each of FAR’s 13 Florida districts, each taking first place by writing the best essay submitted from their district.
The first-place district-winning essays — written on the topic “How Does a Realtor Professional Benefit the Community?” — will be reviewed by a state panel of judges, who will select the top three state winners.
