City Council member Don Redman and Circuit Court Judge David Gooding were two of the more than 40 bicyclists who rallied this morning in Hemming Plaza to celebrate “Ride Your Bike to Work Day.” Mayor John Peyton officially proclaimed the day as such and said, “When you ride your bike to work, you save money, reduce your carbon footprint and improve your health. You can’t do better than that.”
