Workers spent the afternoon Tuesday putting another coat of paint on the signal light mast arms at the intersection of Newnan and Bay streets. The work was another facet of the Bay Street traffic project that included the addition of signal lights for major events at the Sports Complex and the converting of Bay Street from Newnan to Ocean from one-way traffic to two-way.
