This year’s Realtor Builder Tradeshow theme is “Back to our Future” to encourage a return of prosperity to the real estate market, and business looks good for the Oct. 22 event.
It’s possible that there will be a sellout of booths and top food vendors have signed on. The show will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the University Center at the University of North Florida.
Music will be provided by a deejay and food is coming from Kilwins, Tidbits, Sticky Fingers and Heirlooms’ Chef Cheryl.
There will be three breakout sessions featuring local speakers:
Alayna Oram of Relay Marketing on Social Networking; Sherry Davidson of Davidson Realty on Short Sales/Foreclosures and Denise Patricola of Taylor Morrison on “Builder 101.”
The co-chairs for the 30th annual event Franchesca Swierz of Homes & Land magazine and Donald Ster of Wells Fargo. The show is co-sponsored by NEFAR and NEFBA.
Tickets are $10 before Oct. 20 and $20 after that.
