Kickball, that popular playground game people might remember from elementary school, has been added to The Jacksonville Bar Association’s sport leagues.
“We want to develop activities that everyone can be involved in,” said Dan Bean, president of The JBA. “The kickball league is a great way to get out of the office and have fun.”
About 100 people participated in the first night of competition Tuesday at the fields of Spring Park Elementary School in St. Nicholas. The league has eight teams.
