The Legends of Real Estate has reached agreement with the developer of Palencia to open a full service office in the Village Center.
They will join Naomi Lumley, the sales and marketing director for Hines, the managing partner and development manager for the owner, Marshall Creek Ltd.

The Legends of Real Estate has 27 associates and the Palencia staff will include Ellie Cuthrell, Joanna Denny, Bob Edge, Susie Johnston, Cindy Jarrell and Beverly Smith.
Legends co-owners Selby Kaiser and Linda McMorrow said the Palencia office will be the base for expanding into Northern St. Johns County.
Walter O’Shea, the Hines vice president who oversees the Palencia operation, added, “At this time in the market cycle, partnering with a top-tier general brokerage firm creates the ideal platform to best serve the move-up and executive buyer markets.”
O’Shea also said, “The development partners at Palencia and the community operations are financially sound.”
