More than 40 new homes are currently under construction in St. Augustine’s master-planned community World Golf Village.
The new construction projects are spread throughout a variety of the World Golf Village neighborhoods, including an active adult retirement community and an award-winning family community.
Currently there are 13 homes under construction in Cascades, an adult retirement community. Sixteen homes are underway in Laterra Links, an enclave of coach homes, and another 10 homes are under construction in Heritage Landing, a family neighborhood.
Also under construction are two custom homes in Oakgrove Estates and The Crest, respectively.
