The Nocatee Welcome Center has opened.
It’s at Crosswater Hall adjacent to the Nocatee Splash Water Park, and includes visual displays of everything within the community including residential areas, the Town Center, schools and the recreation amenities.
The center is staffed every day but Monday and has several seating areas, multiple display tables, a fireplace and a large flat-screen TV featuring a photo collage of resident activities.
It also includes a children’s play area and a refreshment bar in a home-like atmosphere.
Area Realtors can use the Welcome Center for after-hours events and activities, along with a private conference room that will also be available for use by agents and their clients during regular business hours.
