The program hosted Boyd & Jenerette’s holiday party Dec. 17 in the “Braves Bistro.” The program was developed to teach culinary standards to students in a business setting to prepare them for post-secondary education or trade careers in hospitality management. The program is taught by Hanapel and Stehlin. “Our annual holiday luncheon (was a) huge success thanks to the efforts of the students. They truly made it a wonderful experience that everyone involved will remember,” said Glen McClary, managing partner of Boyd & Jenerette.
