Residents at Riverwood by Del Webb at Nocatee are enjoying recently completed lifestyle enhancements in the community’s new Discovery Center.
The changes mark the first of advancements planned as part of the active-adult community’s expanded amenities and lifestyle offerings.
The Discovery Center has a business learning center, a media lounge, a game room and a bistro, plus a studio for fitness classes. Outdoor amenities include a six-mile nature trail, bocce and tennis courts, a putting green and activities lawn.
The Resident’s Club, due to open soon, will include a fully staffed recreation and fitness center with aerobics studio. There also will be a social café and library, arts and crafts area, a grand ballroom and stage, an indoor pool, spa, steam room and sauna. Outdoor amenities will include a lifestyle pool, sun deck, outdoor spa, tennis courts and bocce ball courts.
