Ryland Homes is unveiling its ‘Florida series’ in two of its communities here.
Gerry Boeneman, Ryland’s Division President in Northeast Florida, said the homes range from 1,534 to 2,984 square feet, and range from a three-bedroom, two-bath floor plan to a five-bedroom, three-bath plan.
Durbin Crossing and Pine Ridge will both feature the new homes, which will be prices from the $130’s.
