David Weekley Homes is now selling homes in the Ponte Vedra neighborhood of Kelly Pointe at Nocatee from the low $200’s. There are 10 new floorplans with three to five bedrooms and two to three bathrooms, depending on the home, and they range in square footage from 1,400 to over 2,700.
