Collins Builders has begun building in a new Mandarin community, Adams Way, and is near close out in two other communities located on Jacksonville’s Northside, Hayden Lakes and Dunns Creek Plantation.
Adams Way, off Hood Landing Road, is the local homebuilder’s newest single-family home community and features 30 homesites. Homes are priced from the $160,000s and more than 15 country-style architectural designs are available.
Homes will range in size from 1,266 square feet to 3,256 square feet and will include a 15-year warranty.
In addition to Adams Way, Collins is offering several close-out specials in Hayden Lakes and Dunns Creek Plantation.
