State legislation continues to change the rules of Florida’s real estate game for area agents and John Sebree, vice president of public policy for Florida Realtors, will explain how this Florida legislative session impacts agents at the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors’ “lunch and learn” on Friday, May 21.
The event will be from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. at the Jacksonville Marriott and includes a hot buffet lunch.
Sebree will specifically discuss Amendment 4 to the Florida Constitution, the repeal of a windstorm rating for residential properties, the five percent assessment cap for non-Homestead properties and additional first-time Homestead buyer relief.
