Laterra Links in King and Bear at World Golf Village has undergone a makeover and has a new developer and sales team. Homes by Deltona, a division of Deltona Corp., purchased Laterra Links in October and has hired a new executive sales team to manage the community and its popular coach homes.

Laterra Links’ new executive sales team includes Vice President Pamela Anastasia, Margaret Ducharme as executive assistant, and Sharon Lee as the new broker. John Palmer and Lydia Keohane will be sales agents and Jason Bishop of Austin Outdoor is leading the landscape design and maintenance at the community.

Future new construction will be led by Legacy Builders of North Florida, Inc., a Jacksonville-based general contractor founded by John Unkefer in 1997 and a preferred builder at King and Bear at World Golf Village. Overseeing the construction by Legacy Builders are project managers Rob White and Pam Mangan.
