Watson Realty wrapped up 2009 with its annual awards and the top one went to Jeff Fagan, Managing Broker at the Watson Fleming Island office, as Manager of the Year.
Sandi Wagner, Managing Broker of the Intracoastal office in the Jacksonville Region, was awarded company-wide Highest Per Person Productivity Closed Transactions. The No. 1 Office Highest Sales Volume award went to Mary Ann Bongiorno, Ponte Vedra Beach Managing Broker.
The three company regions also had achievements for Highest Per Person Productivity in Closed Volume: Dane Leslie, South Mandarin Managing Broker for the Jacksonville region; Matthew Audier, Maitland Managing Broker for the Central region; and Paula Silberberg, St. Augustine Beach Managing Broker for the North Central region.
