Jacksonville Bar Association Young Lawyers Section President Lee Wedekind III (left) and Bailey Publishing & Communications Inc. President Jim Bailey (right) congratulate Florida State University Law School student Courtney Momberg on being named the James F. Bailey Scholarship award winner. The $1,500 scholarship is awarded annually to a first- or second-year law school student who is from or has strong ties to Jacksonville and plans to return to Jacksonville to practice. The scholarship was created almost two decades ago in honor of Bailey’s father, James F. Bailey Sr., a strong supporter of the legal community and The Jacksonville Bar Association.
