Biggest challenge
Feeling helpless about the unsolved murders and missing person cases that offer no closure for the victims and their families year after year. Knowing that despite our efforts, our hands are tied.
Biggest satisfaction
Seeing justice served by the sentencing of the perpetrator(s) that have wreaked havoc on a family, tearing them apart, especially when the serving of justice has taken a long time. Also, being able to encourage through spiritual support and offering hope to innocent crime victims in the midst of their crisis and unspeakable pain.

First experience with community service
I started in high school volunteering in the library and principal’s office, and mentoring other students.

Upcoming events
Oct. 21: Ted Hires Legacy Awards Dinner, Morocco Shrine Center.
Nov. 16: Dining for Dollars and Teddy Bear Tuesday at LongHorn Steakhouse, nine locations in the First Coast area. Collecting new teddy bears for child victims.
