The Northeast Florida Association of Realtors opened more than 1,000 homes last month during the Florida Open House Weekend.
Realtors said it went well and they had many prospective buyers view their homes, which will hopefully lead to contracts.
“NEFAR members rallied for the Florida Open House Weekend, hosting 1,022 open houses,” said NEFAR president Dane Leslie. “From a $45,000 townhouse to $4 million oceanfront homes and everything in between, the open houses provided a vast array of options for anyone interested in buying a home.”
