51 new citizens sworn in

Dario Lukic, 18, formerly of Croatia, and Luz Angulo, 79, formerly of Peru, were the youngest and oldest members of the newest group of citizens sworn in Thursday at a naturalization ceremony at the Bryan Simpson U.S. Courthouse. They were among the 51 people congratulated for earning U.S. citizenship by U.S. District Judge Harvey Schlesinger, who presided over the ceremony. The event was also part of The Jacksonville Bar Association’s Law Day events.
