University of Florida Head Football Coach Will Muschamp and The Ohio State University Head Coach Luke Fickell at the Gator Bowl coaches meeting Thursday. Muschamp announced that former offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach Charlie Weis had taken the head coaching job at the University of Kansas. Muschamp said running backs coach Brian White would step into the role as the offensive signal caller at the TaxSlayer.com Gator Bowl matchup Jan. 2 between the Gators and The Ohio State University Buckeyes. Muschamp and Fickell officially accepted the bowl invitation from Gator Bowl Association President Greg Smith.
