Hunter’s Creek, a new community in Fruit Cove, held a grand opening luncheon to celebrate the opening of their first model home. Many showed up to tour the first model home built by Andy Reynolds Homes and enjoy a catered lunch.
The two builders in the 10-lot community are Andy Reynolds Homes and North Florida Builders. Each builder has five lots each and homes start in the low $300’s with no CDD fees.
