Hosseini honored
Mori Hosseini, chairman and chief executive officer at Daytona Beach-based ICI Homes was named winner of the 12th annual Hearthstone Builder Humanitarian award along with Robert McLeod, chairman and chief executive officer of California based-developer Newland Communities.
ICI’s developments in this area include Amelia National.
Prices lowered at condo
Prices at the Acquilus III condo at Jacksonville have been reduced by new ownership and are now being offered from $699,000. Some condos originally were prices at $2.1 million.
The eight-story building features 14 oceanfront residences with two residences per floor. Each unit over 4,000 square feet of living area.
The first floor provides every unit with private garage parking and direct elevator access to a personal lobby and foyer.
Durbin adds builders
Durbin Crossing has four new preferred builders: Drees Homes, Dream Finders Homes, Dennis Homes and Advantage Home Builders.
They join the eight others in the northern St. Johns County development: D.S. Ware Homes, Holder Johnson Homes, Mercedes Homes, Mattamy Homes, Ryland Homes, Providence Homes, Richmond American Homes and Toll Brothers.
Drees Homes will showcase The Durbin as their 2011 model this spring in Durbin Crossing.
Dream Finders will offer homes ranging from the $180s to the $400s, with square footing ranging from 1,800 to 4,000. A model and sales center will be completed this spring.
Dennis Homes will offer custom homes ranging from 2,500 to 3,500 square feet from the $260s to the low $400s.
Advantage Home Builders will feature a newly designed floor plan for their model that also opens this spring.
