The following is a list of local candidates who have filed for the 2011 Jacksonville mayor’s race, along with their monetary contributions for the fourth quarter of 2010, which began Oct. 1 and ended Dec. 31. Complete reports were due Monday, which also coincided with the beginning of qualifying.
