Reports that the honeymoon was over may have been premature as new Jacksonville Port Authority CEO Paul Anderson (third from right) received a warm welcome Monday night at the law offices of Holland & Knight. The reception was hosted by the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce, the chamber’s Cornerstone Regional Development Partnership and Holland & Knight. Welcoming Anderson were (from left, in front) City Council President Jack Webb, Reynolds, Smith & Hills Chair and CEO Leerie Jenkins, JPA Board Chair Dave Kulik and Holland & Knight partner George Gabel, who also is the chamber’s chair for international business. Kulik said Anderson has been charged with moving port development at “warp speed.”
