CornerStone Homes has opened model homes in Austin Park at Nocatee and MuraBella near the World Golf Village.
The Nocatee home is the Castille II with 3,331 square feet of living space, five bedrooms and three-and-one-half baths.
The design features a contemporary great room with a 20-foot ceiling, an open kitchen and joining café nook.
The Amelia is CornerStone Homes’ model in MuraBella where homes start in the high $100,000s. It is a 2,400-square-foot home and is priced starting at $229,900.
