Totals for second-quarter fundraising were due Friday to the Federal Election Commission for candidates for federal office. Following are fundraising totals for the incumbents running for Congress in Florida and some challengers who have begun raising money.

U.S. House
District 1. Incumbent U.S. Rep. Jeff Miller (R) raised $101,624 and has $84,922 on hand.

District 2. Incumbent U.S. Rep. Steve Southerland (R) raised $226,198 this period and has $184,230 in the bank.

District 3. Incumbent U.S. Rep. Corrine Brown (D) raised $92,999 in the second quarter and she has $46,801 in the bank.

District 4. Incumbent U.S. Rep. Ander Crenshaw (R) raised $152,750 in the quarter, leaving him with $585,594 in the bank.

District 5. Incumbent U.S. Rep. Richard Nugent (R) brought in $40,552 in the three-month period, leaving him with $42,936 in the bank.

District 6. Incumbent U.S. Rep. Cliff Stearns (R) raised $137,367 in the three-month period, but he has a massive war chest of $2.2 million.

Also in District 6, Republican challenger Theodore Yoho raised about $7,000 and loaned himself another $5,000.

District 7. Incumbent U.S. Rep. John Mica (R), the chair of the House Transportation Committee, raised $184,881, and now has $717,338 on hand.

District 8. Incumbent U.S. Rep. Dan Webster (R) raised $116,441 after raising $30,000 in the previous quarter, but has $159,170 in his account.

District 9. Incumbent U.S. Rep. Gus Bilirakis (R) raised $82,989 in the quarter and has $238,791 on hand.

District 10. Incumbent U.S. Rep. C.W. “Bill” Young, the dean of House Republicans who was elected in 1970, has been thought to be mulling retirement. He is 80, but has been coy about his re-election plans. Although already sitting on a flush campaign bank account, Young raised just $8,716, leading to new speculation that he may be about to retire. He may see his district change in redistricting, too. He has $146,972 in the bank, though.

District 11. Incumbent U.S. Rep. Kathy Castor (D) raised $108,388 in the quarter ending June 30. She now has $481,625 in the bank.

District 12. Incumbent U.S. Rep. Dennis Ross (R) raised $153,477 and has $126,299 on hand.

District 13. Incumbent U.S. Rep. Vern Buchanan (R) raised $229,365 and has $801,933 in the bank.

District 14. Incumbent U.S. Rep. Connie Mack (R) raised $93,381 and has $381,289 on hand.

District 15. Incumbent U.S. Rep. Bill Posey (R) raised $113,356 and has $179,997 on hand.

District 16. Incumbent U.S. Rep. Tom Rooney (R) raised $120,084 and has $599,067 on hand.

Republican Paige Kreegel, who also filed to run in District 16, raised $65,650 in the quarter and has $61,930 in the bank.

District 17. Incumbent U.S. Rep. Frederica Wilson (D) raised $72,775 in the quarter. She has $99,506 on hand.

District 18. Incumbent U.S. Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R) raised $199,706 in the quarter and has $99,471 on hand.

District 19. Incumbent U.S. Rep. Ted Deutch (D) raised $148,480 and has $255,520 on hand.

District 20. Incumbent U.S. Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D) raised $904,229 and has more than $1.1 million in the bank.

Challenger Karen Harrington (R) raised $15,705 and has $8,125 on hand.

District 21. Incumbent U.S. Rep. Mario Diaz-Balart (R) raised $96,750 and has $274,804 on hand.

District 22. Incumbent U.S. Rep. Allen West (R). West, a huge Democratic target, but a national tea party favorite, raised more than $1.5 million. That makes it an uphill climb for the two Democrats, former West Palm Beach Mayor Lois Frankel, who raised $440,000, and Patrick Murphy, who raised $450,000.

District 23. Incumbent U.S. Rep. Alcee Hastings (D) raised $132,572, giving him $219,397 for the cycle to date. Hastings has $263,923 on hand.

District 24. Incumbent U.S. Rep. Sandy Adams (R) has not filed a report with the Federal Elections Commission.

District 25. Incumbent U.S. Rep. David Rivera (R) raised just under $35,000 in the quarter, giving him about $62,000 in the bank.

District 26. New district.

A couple of candidates have filed to run in District 26, one of the state’s new districts that will be added when lawmakers redraw political boundaries next year. One of those is expected to be in Central Florida.

Former Winter Park Commissioner Karen Diebel raised $92,544 in the quarter and has $88,254 in the bank.

Alan Grayson, the one-term congressman ousted by Webster, has raised $100,000 in the first six months of the year, even though he only announced last week that he planned to run again in whatever the Orlando seat is after redistricting.
