• Special event: Blue Cross Blue Shield will bring David Hunnicutt, president of The Wellness Council of America, to Jacksonville for the Health Council Forum July 28 at the University of North Florida University Center. • The next Art Walk April 6 will include the opening of Legal Ark Walk III at Zodiac Grill, 128 W. Adams St. It will feature original artwork created by members of the legal and artistic community. Sales proceeds will benefit the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Advocacy Program at Jacksonville Area Legal Aid. Show time is 5:30-8:30 p.m. There also will be entertainment by local attorneys.
• Matthew Kampfe has joined Baptist Health Foundation as director of development. He has been Jacksonville University director of alumni relations for two years.
• Clarification. Applicants for the judicial opening in the Fourth Judicial Circuit are required to be residents of Duval, Clay or Nassau counties. A City Note in Monday’s Daily Record did not include all three counties of the circuit. Applicants also must be members of The Florida Bar for the past five years and registered Florida voters.
