The developers of Paradise Key showed off their community at a grand opening last month. The community has 62 homesites and is just north of Butler Boulevard in Jacksonville Beach.
“It’s a great event and we’re looking to just raise awareness about the community,” said Glenn Layton, managing partner at Glenn Layton Homes LLC. “It’s been here for five years, but there’s a new owner and a sense of rejuvenation.”
Close to 150 people, including Realtors, builders, developers and architects, attended the opening event to network and learn of the community’s new prices, floor plans and amenities among other information.
