The Prudential Network Realty has been selected as the exclusive real estate company for sales and marketing of The John Gorrie condominiums in Jacksonville’s Riverside district.
Lee Elmore and Wes Dailey are the site agents for the 60-residence project, which was developed by Jacksonville Jaguars co-owners Wayne and Delores Weaver.
The buildings once were an elementary school and have been renovated into studios, one- and two-bedroom condominiums, and two-story townhomes ranging from 800 to 1,800 square feet.
