The Osborn Center will be filled today-Sunday with food, fashion shows, shopping, health, beauty, free samples and celebrity guests – all part of the 2011 Southern Women’s Show.

More than 350 vendors from Chevrolet to people who craft limited edition pet supply totes are set up in the convention center.

Local department stores and major cosmetic lines have set up boutique booths and there’s a cooking stage where veterans of Bravo network’s “Top Chef” program will be demonstrating their talents.

Lifetime network’s “The Balancing Act” will be at the show this year, taping segments and interviews for an episode that’s scheduled to be broadcast in November, said Elisha Jernigan, show manager.

“There’s always something new at the show,” she said.

Headline guests include Jenna Bush Hager, Today show education correspondent and daughter of former President George W. Bush and former first lady Laura Bush; “Top Chefs” Kenny Gilbert and Erika Davis; and Miss Florida 2011 Kristina Janolo.

Jernigan said she expects more than 30,000 people will attend this year’s event.
