The Sales and Marketing Council will present a free seminar on closings on September 30 at the main auditorium of the Northeast Florida Associstion of Realtors office on Jacksonville’s Southside Boulevard near the Avenues Mall.
The program will be from 9-10:30 a.m. and will be preceded by a breakfast and networking session at 8:30.
There will be a panel discussion featuring Keving Koscinski, a lender with Bank of America; Nathan Chalker, an appraiser with Cornerstone Appraisals; and real estate attorney David Heekin.
Mark Carlson, the immediate past chair of SMC, will be the moderator.
