It was billed as a “sneak peek” of RiverTown and a hundred or so Relators took advantage of the three-day event to view the development in northeastern St. Johns County last month.
The developer, the St. Joe Company, offered gift cards and information on a $5,000 Realtor incentive plan, and tours of homes by builders David Weekley Homes, Dennis Homes and Mattamy Homes.
The next RiverTown event will be May 19 when the company dedicates the amenities center.
