Toll Brothers held its annual Platinum Realtor Club Casino Night at Nocatee last month with a casino night.
Awards were based on home sales and the top payouts went to Karen Karjala of Prime Real Estate in St. Augustine, and Phillip Moody and Priscilla Johnson of Prudential Network Realty’s Ponte Vedra Beach office.
Membership in the Platinum Club comes after registration of a qualified prospect at any of Toll Brothers’ Florida communities.
Membership includes 100 percent advance commissions upon release of all contingencies, 100 percent reimbursement of corporate relocation referral fees and escalating bonuses.
In addition to three percent commission, a bonus of $5,000 will be awarded on the second sale and $10,000 on the third and all subsequent sales during the program, which runs through December 31.
