Watson aims at luxury

Watson Realty’s luxury council unveiled the company’s luxury marketing program at a recent rollout event in Orlando. The invitation only luncheon was attended by 128 Watson brokers, agents and management staff members from Jacksonville, St. Augustine and Orlando.

The rollout unveiled a new line of luxury marketing materials including letterhead, note cards, business cards, listing presentation materials, signage, luxury media kit, luxury magazine, luxury photography, and a USB drive in the shape of a silver key with details of the whole luxury program.

An announcement was made that the new program also includes an exclusive Watson Realty luxury designation. Paul Boomsma, president of Luxury Portfolio International, was the keynote speaker.
