• In apartment news, the City approved permits for construction of the 360-unit Seagrass Apartments at 1701 San Pablo Road S. The 15 apartment buildings, 13 garages and amenities total a construction cost of almost $12 million. The contractor is TriBridge Residential Construction LLC.
• JEA seeks proposals for public education services. The utility issued a request for proposal to secure one or more marketing, communications, advertising and/or media buying company or companies to plan, coordinate, create, produce and implement a multichannel campaign to increase the public’s knowledge of how to more efficiently manage electric, water and sewer utility services.
