Michelle Kalil and Rhonda Peoples-Waters move on to the Nov. 6 general election for a runoff to determine County Judge Group 12. Kalil earned just below 41 percent of the vote, Peoples-Waters just over 31 percent and Ruth Ann Hepler almost 28 percent. With no candidate reaching the necessary 50 percent minimum threshold, the top two candidates move on to determine who will succeed County Judge Harold Arnold.
