Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt

Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt is working on a store in Tapestry Park. The 2,070-square-foot store is in review for a $125,000 build-out by CAG Construction of Melbourne. The store is planned at 4820 Deer Lake Drive W. The Orange Leaf website, orangeleafyogurt.com, shows the Jacksonville location at Deer Lake Drive and Gate Parkway as "coming soon." The site says 213 Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt stores are open and 107 are "coming soon."

At least 3 more 7-Eleven stores

The City is reviewing site plans for two 7-Eleven stores, one in Flagler Center in South Jacksonville and one in Campus Corners in North Jacksonville. The North Jacksonville location is planned at 4243 Dunn Ave., at northwest Dunn Avenue and Campus Boulevard. The 3,010-square-foot convenience store would sit on 1.12 acres. The Flagler Center 7-Eleven is planned on 1.22 acres at Old St. Augustine Road at Kenan Drive. Also, the City reviewed concurrency plans for a 7-Eleven at Cahoon Road and Ramona Boulevard in West Jacksonville.

Panera drive-thru

Panera Bread proposes a drive-thru at its Regency-area restaurant. Panera Bread wants to add the drive-thru lane at the 9301 Atlantic Blvd. location. Plans show the lane would run behind the building.

Hola Mexican Grill receives license

The City issue a business license for Hola Mexican Grill Inc. in the Merchant's Walk center at 9965 San Jose Blvd. Marco Marchegiani is the president of the company, state records show.
